Purchased More Melatonin

Yesterday I used up my final melatonin tablet. In Canada this is available without a prescription. I have just made it to the pharmacy to purchase more. The use of a very mild dose of melatonin seems to have got rid of some of the arthritis pain I experience. I am not sure if this has to do with my body repairing itself while I sleep, has something to do with melatonin itself or if the pain doesn't irritate me as much when I am rested. This is helping me have a better quality of life. It is worth having.
