My Damn Left Artificial Hip Malfunctioned While Using The Tub

I wanted to use the tub before I slept to help my hips and in the hopes the warm water would help me sleep. I have an "over the tub tray". I had my tablet sitting on this so I could watch an hour long video. This was to give time for the warm water to have a positive effect on my legs.
As I leaned forward ever so slightly to make an input with the tablet touch screen my damn left artificial hip malfunctioned. This felt like when I have accidentally bitten my tongue. The damn hip malfunctioning nearly caused it to rigid. I came within a few seconds of having to call 9-1-1 to get an ambulance here for help getting out of the tub. But I was able to get myself out of the tub.
As I sat on the edge of the tub to dry myself off I came within mere seconds of having to call 9-1-1 for a second time. The damn hip was increasing how rigid it was. This was similar to having a clinched fist. Thankfully I realized I needed to dry off on the main floor of my home or I would have been stuck and needed a paramedic to help me. I have only just barely been able to make back here to the computer.
This has been really hard to go through. This means the next few days will be spent allowing my hip time to recover as much as possible. I am feeling a bit gutted. I have other things I want to be working on. When this happens to me it makes me feel very weak. This brings my life to a grinding halt. I really wish I had someone here with me to give me a long hug.
