Been On The Verge Of Another Migraine Headache All Day

My knee pain has been on a knives edge from becoming another migraine headache this evening. I am really not doing okay. The pain I am feeling right now is taking almost every I have out of me. It is the damn soft tissue pain that is so hard to control. This is the second time this week my knee pain has been on the verge of becoming a migraine headache. I am going to need to talk to the pharmacist to find out how to break the cycle before it becomes this bad. One of my neighbours gets migraine headaches. I knew they were exhausting. I didn't realize they were this bad. I clearly need proper help for managing these until I am able to get my knee operated on.
