Applied Primer To My Neighbors Mobility Scooter Trailer Hitch

I just spent about an hour working on a project for my neighbour. The trailer hitch I fabricated for my neighbour in early July needs painting. The humidity has caused it to start to rust. It was easy enough to use a wire wheel to get the rust off. I applied a primer that compatible with galvanized metal. This particular primer needs 8 hours to set. Tomorrow I will get the black paint on. Then I will get this on her mobility scooter. Then I will be able to chore this chore off off my "to do" list.
