My second middle name has never been included on my health card. When I updated my accessible parking permit they told me they would be glad to add my second middle name to my health card if I brought in my birth certificate to prove this. Last week I went to the Service Ontario facility. The "version code" on my health card was changed as a routine part of this transaction. I just stopped at the pharmacy I use. I provided them with the updated code. This is now entered into their computer system. My medications are billed directly to the Ontario Drug Benefit. I want to avoid complications when my next pain medication needs to be filled in a few days.
