Inquired About Medical Travel To My New Surgeon In Ottawa

I have just used the contact form of The Ottawa Hospital. I wanted to ask if their patient relations department knows what bus routes are used when travelling to the 2 hospital sites that make up The Ottawa Hospital. The other thing I have asked is about the city of Ottawa's public transit system. I am wondering if the hospital has an exiting contact within OC Transpo I could use to sort out what will become my travel from the VIA Rail station in downtown Ottawa to the orthopaedic clinic hospital my knee surgeon is a part of. I am trying to think this through now so I may ask for an urgent appointment I will be able to accept it and roughly know what is needed for me to attend my appointment.
