Ordered A Fan To Cool My Computer Network Router

I just replaced my router a few weeks ago. My computer network has randomly been going offline. I started reading through the troubleshooting D-Link provides. It is now obvious why this is happening to me. The router is heating up and going into a thermal protection mode. Essentially the router is throttling itself in order to prevent it from failing. With hosting my own website I am not surprised this is happening. The search engine indexing activity is likely the culprit. I have just ordered a 7" fan that will be dedicated to blowing on the router in order to manage the heat and prevent this from happening going forward. This is an easy fix. If this is the worst thing I have to deal with today my life isn't too bad.
