Delivery Of My Warranty Replacement Rice Cooker

The manufacturer of my multi-cooker, Hamilton Beach, has really come through for me. The customer service representative said it would take 3 weeks for the warranty replacement to arrive. I was okay with this. A 3 week wait isn't ideal. But one of my friends was able to temporarily loan me a multi-cooker for my meal preparation. I explained to my friend that I haven't been using the stove top because of how unreliable the hardware failure of my artificial left hip joint is affecting me. I don't want to have a kitchen fire in addition to everything else that is going wrong right now. In short my needs were taken care of. This made a 3 week wait possible. To my surprise Canada Post has just delivered the warranty replacement from Hamilton Beach. I am genuinely impressed. If I remember correctly it has been a total of 5 days for this to get here. They have significantly outperformed the expectation set. When I initially contacted their customer service the employee was pleasant to deal with and heard me out. I realize this is business. But even so I am going to send them a thank you card. There are certain things in my life that I am very grateful for. When it comes to the essential elements of managing my physical needs to become very grateful for help I receive. I am feeling this way right now.
