My Damn Left Artificial Hip Malfunctioned Again

I was standing up for the past 3 minutes looking for the tube of Polysporin I thought I had innocently dropped onto the floor. While looking for this I was leaning forward about 15 degrees. As I straightened upright the hip made the grinding noise again. This was immediately followed by a huge surge in pain around my artificial hip and extensive muscle throbbing. Before this activity my hip was in a relaxed state. Approximately 90 minutes earlier this evening I finished using my physiotherapy ultrasound machine on my quad muscles. I was trying to help the muscles recover from the hip grinding incident 5 days ago. My damn artificial left hip is wrecking my life. I try my best. But after this happening 20 times since mid December I know already I am in for a very painful few days.
