Friend Helped Me Re-Arrange My Hamster Setup

I am feeling really loved and cared about right now. My friend Andy came to visit me and has just left. He spent 3 hours. After we spent time catching Andy worked on the chore I needed his help to complete. Andy re-arranged my Internet connection modem, router, switch and UPS battery backup - surge protector. He also dusted and organized the bottom shelf. After this he removed the top shelf and put the large fish tank on the middle shelf. What this means is that I am able to get my next pet hamster. By using the middle shelf I am able to sit down while I provide care for my next hamster.

I am really wanting another pet hamster here with me. I've just recently being diagnosed with probable hardware failure of my left artificial hip. The pain when my artificial hip malfunctions is so physically punishing. When I had Rocky The Hamster I held him when I was in pain. I am really missing this. With the prospect of another surgery I need to have the approximately 3 weeks it takes to establish trust with my next hamster. I no longer thing I am able to wait until cage #1 is modified.

The family run pet store I go to gets their new inventory of hamsters each Thursday. If my future hamster is done breastfeeding I will get him this Thursday. Otherwise I will need to wait 1 more week. I am feeling really hopeful. Before Andy left he gave me a hug. Being hugged helps me co-exist with the gruelling pain and probable failure of my artificial hip joint. I am feeling really encouraged. I am really looking forward to having another hamster. In practical Andy has made this possible. Additionally other friends have been providing me with emotional support and helping me sort out what I needed to happen for another hamster to move in with. It is great feeling cared about when life has been really hard during these past 2 months.
