A few weeks ago I ordered myself a new carrot and potato peeler. I ordered one that is more robust than my previous model. I wanted to try modifying carrot muffins into an oatmeal based loaf. I like to experiment and try new things. It has arrived. I will be able to give this a try now. I need to be able to remove the skin before I put the carrot into my food processor.
