Left Hip Malfunctioned Again

My damn left hip malfunctioned again as I was preparing my lunch. I took a single step where the pain went from 0/10 because of my pain medication and supplements I use every 12 hours to 7/10. It felt like the muscle was bitten into. I am use to physiotherapy where pain increases gradually by doing several repetitions of a specific stretch. In the context of physiotherapy I am use to pain building gradually. I know to stop long before the pain becomes incapacitating. A single step causing pain that is incapacitating doesn't give me the option to stop long before it is a problem. The pain is making me feel like I am going to puke.
