Left Hip Malfunctioned Again

I have just turned left 30° to face my tub as I was about to get in for a really warm soak when I heard the grinding noise coming from my damn left artificial hip joint. Where I left the pain was on the left outer thigh. I am still going to use the tub. I am desperate to limit the impact of the pain.
