The lidocaine gel I ordered has been delivered. This is available "over the counter" and doesn't require a prescription. There has been an honest mistake happen with my order. The wrong strength was shipped to me. I am still able to make use with what was sent. I am disappointed but not mad this happened. I don't mind an honest mistake. Businesses are ran by people. Sometimes people make a mistake. I am going to contact their customer service to confirm if I place a new order the strength I order will be shipped to me.
