Routine Dental Cleaning

I just had a routine dental appointment. The purpose was to clean my teeth. Overall they are in decent shape. During this appointment they measured around my teeth. This is done to assess the health of my gums. The last time they were measured was in 2019. My gums are actually healthier than in 2019. It is really encouraging. I also appreciated the support of the hygienist. It is obvious that she is invested in the maintenance of my teeth. I don't feel alone when I brush and floss them. It was a really positive try to the dentist.
