I Was Contacted For My Knee Brace Fitting Appointment

I am pleasantly surprised. I have woke up to a phone message from one of the staff at the bracing clinic I attended yesterday. They called me to arrange a fitting appointment. The impression I was given is that it would likely be 2 to 3 weeks before this would be ready. I do notice within Ontario Canada's health care that once you are in the system you are taken care of. Sometimes the biggest battle is finding an inroad. The knee braces I discussed yesterday will be ready for me to test fit them on Monday.
I am not confident this is going to help me. It is against my better judgment. Based on what I endured with the treatment for my hip joints and having done everything asked of me concerning my knee joints it is my opinion that my knee joints require surgical intervention and past the point where bracing is an effective intervention. However it is only costing me time to do this. My disability benefits are paying for the medical travel and the braces. My opinion right now is that I am bolstering my case for knee surgery by taking part in this process. I will see next week.
