Administered Treatment #5 For Rocky The Hamster's Abscess With Cryogenic Freezing And Cleaned His Hamster Cage

I just gave Rocky his 5th freezing treatment for the abscess. I had a good look at it. Approximately half of the abscess has been damaged by these treatments, is dying and should fall off Rocky within a few days. By all appearances I am being successful. Tonight I focused the treatment to the area of the abscess that remains to help halt it. Rocky co-operated with me. It stings when this is applied. But it goes away quickly. Rocky is already onto his hamster agenda for tonight. I've applied the antibiotic to the base of his ear so his body won't get an infection from the freezing treatment. To give him a healthy and safe environment to recover from this treatment I've also changed his shavings. I am trying my best to care for my little buddy. After seeing Rocky tunneling in the fresh shavings he should have a fun night of engineering ahead.
