I Received A Response From The City Water Utility Customer Service

The city water utility has responded to me. They sent me the bill I never received by mail in May. They have also waived the late fee. I haven't missed paying my water bill on time. Finally she was also gracious when I expressed that warm water helps me co-exist with my physical disability and that I was concerned that my water would be cut off. When I received the late notice I immediately paid the amount I owed. She assured me they wouldn't cut off my water as long as I was in contact with them if I had to miss paying my bill on time. In reality something serious would need to occur if I was to start paying my utility bills on time. I've been able to stay on top of my utility bills. I'm relieved this has been addressed
