I Missed Paying My Water Bill

I have just checked my mail. There is a late notice from the city water utility. It crossed my mind about 2 weeks ago that I hadn't paid a water bill recently. With how bad the pain I experience is I didn't check to see when I received the last bill. That thought was correct. I have just paid the amount I owe. This is simply a case that my bill was lost in the mail some how. I have also e-mailed the water utility informing them of this, asking them not to cut off my water because I've paid it and explained how I rely on really warm baths to help manage my physical disability. I hate when stupid things happen. This type of thing bothers me. It is just so easy to loose a reputation that takes years to build up.
