Received Intern Water Bill To Budget Money After Burst Water Pipes

On the weekend I sent the city water an e-mail requesting an intern bill. After the pipe bursting because it froze and then more recently it bursting because the rat chewed through a Pex plumbing line I wanted to know what to expect for my next water bill. I've had a very pleasant surprise. I caught the burst pipe as it happened. Minimal water escaped. I am pleasantly surprised.
