Ordered Shelves And Glass Yogurt Jars For Making Single Services

This winter I am hoping to continue spending time organizing my home and getting rid of what I no longer use. I have ordered a set of metal shelves. In a practical sense I am needing more storage. In a very helpful sense I setup a few piles on possessions to sort through. Getting these off the floor and where I am able to easily reach will allow me to finish the process. I am quite glad about this.
The other thing I've ordered are a set of 2 ounce glass jars for making yogurt in. My yogurt maker came with 6 ounce jars. I want to be making single servings. I think this will be easier for me. I am trying to work out what is most practical. I am enjoying making yogurt. It isn't a hard process. Since the yogurt requires several hours to ferment this means the stress on my legs is spaced out. This is a big part of why making yogurt is working for me.
