Magnesium Injection Into Both Hip Joints

I have just performed intramuscular magnesium injections into both of my hip joints. Once this has given a chance to work this should stop the muscle contractions and pain this is causing around my hip joints. I desperately need to get the upper hand on my pain. It is exhausting me. I really want more for my life. I am willing to put in the effort.
