The Turkey I Purchased Is Roasted!

On Monday I did some grocery shopping. We are coming up to the Canadian Thanksgiving. Frozen turkies are being sold in the grocery store. I purchased one. I've unthawed it. This afternoon I put it into the oven for roasting. My house has been smelling great as it roasted. The turkey is now finished cooking. The meat is falling off the bone. It is thoroughly cooked. Over night it will cool off. Then tomorrow I will prepare and freeze turkey based meals. This will help set me up during the next few weeks. With my meals prepared I will be able to continue plugging away at the efforts to renovate the shed into a workshop. As a strategy for living with a physical disability it really is helpful having my meals prepared ahead of time. Instead of focusing on tasks necessary for just keeping myself alive I am able to do things I enjoy.
