The Next Base Plate Is Installed

My friend Joe came over to help me today. He did a step that is too physically challenging for me. He put up the next part for widening the wall in the shed. For those familiar with framing it is called a base plate. This is the piece of wood that touches the cement foundation. This is now situated. In the end this is to allow 2" x 6" to be installed instead of 2" x 4". This will make heating and cooling in the shed be less expensive. There is now more I can do that isn't too overwhelming to my legs. It has been truly great having a friend be willing to do the steps that are too hard for me because of what is wrong in my legs. I really appreciate the help.
