I Have A Taker For My Electric Organ

I own an electric organ. I haven't been able to use it since my hips worsening in 2009. Now with my knees it isn't reasonable to expect I will be able to use it anytime soon. Without the foot pedals the music coming from it isn't full. My digital piano is able to generate an organ sound and this is best under the circumstances. I listed my electric organ to find someone who is able to use it. There is someone in the area who is keen to have it.
This will free up about 20 square feet of the shed based on the how the organ and bench are presently stored. This is about 8% of the space in the shed. This is about the physical space required for opening up bags of insulation bats. This will prove helpful when the time comes to insulate. I am presently focused on getting rid of the furniture type items. I am expecting I will end up with the shed about 30% full by the time I have got rid of what I no longer use.
