Installed Second Stud On East Wall

The past few days have been really hard. I got up and down off the floor a total of 8 times on Wednesday spread over several hours. At the time I was doing some light cleaning. I didn't realize this was all it took to set off my knee. My right knee went into a tailspin. I've really struggled to function during the past days with just the absolute bare essentials of life. Tentatively I am thinking that the worst of this passed. I thought I'd put up one 2" x 3" in the shed and then tomorrow evaluate how I am done. I've already been pacing myself when working in the shed. The only thing I conclude is that any help friends offer is gratefully accepted to get the shed to where it can be used year round.
