Delivery Of My Table Saw Featherboard

A table saw jig I ordered has arrived. It is a featherboard. This acts as a guide when ripping wood. (In common English "ripping" is the act of cutting wood narrower.) The function of the featherboard is to keep my fingers away from the table saw blade. It will be really helpful as I begin making picture frames to finish off the pieces the laser engraver creates. Safety is of the utmost importance to me. I really am glad this has arrived. The shed renovations need to be completed before I will have use of it. This is one less thing for me to keep track of.
