Partially Dislocated My Right Knee Cap Again

My right knee cap has partially dislocated again. I am not doing okay. I am feeling very weak again. I went to reposition my right leg in bed. I am unsure of how I did it wrong. But here I am with the same problem again. This is instance #6. When this happens it makes me very weak. It means this is going to be a very physically challenging five or so days. Each time my right knee joint dislocates I experience a very challenging physical setback.
