Continued Progress Applying Clear Coat To The Laser Engraver Vent Hood
[ Sunday June 12th 2022 at 3:02 pm ]

I didn't have a good nights rest last night. I was experiencing a lot of muscle pain. I've finished the textured paint finish on my laser engraver vent hood. I am about 70% through the clear coat that goes over this. The textured paint I am using recommends this so the finish will be durable. The area that I can't finish off right now is on the underside. I can't bend in the way that would be necessary to apply this right now. The paint needs recoating either within 1 hour or after 24 hours. I don't want to damage the clear coat curing. I am going to finish this off tomorrow when I can set the vent hood on it's side. This is one project that is rapidly coming to complete. It will be a huge weight off my shoulders. I am wanting the laser engraver up and running. This is one of the key bottle necks I am facing to get it setup.
