Home Depot Is Still Willing To Make It Right Over The Shed Roof

This evening I spoke to an assistant manager of Home Depot Canada. An honest mistake was made when my metal roof was entered into their computers for ordering. Instead of ordering a metal roof the typo ordered metal barn siding. It was an honest mistake. This wasn't discovered until the roof was installed.
I am not upset about this. My local Home Depot Canada is willing to make this right. I need to get a quote from a contractor and bring it to the assistant manager. They will cover this and the labour to install it. When I make a mistake I acknowledge it and try to make it right. This is exactly how Home Depot Canada is addressing this. They have apologized. I am satisfied.
I am sure this will get sorted out. My plan is to make the shed suitable for year round use. For being in Canada having suitable insulation is exceptionally important. When the roof is addressed I will be able to have the attic insulated since it will be water tight. Considering everything this isn't bad and the delay this honest mistake has created isn't important in the scheme of things. This essentially matches the pace of my life due to the impact of my physical disability and chronic pain.
