Confirmation Of Moving My RDSP To Another Financial Institution

I've received a written response to the complaint I made about my Registered Disability Savings Plan. The financial institution is willing to waive the transfer out fee due to the circumstances. I did bring the correct set of facts forward to their staff. I had a paper trail to document this. After dealing with staff who didn't respond appropriately to me I need to move on. I've got an appointment already lined up for Friday afternoon to set this in motion. I genuinely don't have the energy to chase around mistakes being made. The debilitating effects of the pain I experience is becoming too serious.
