Family Doctor Office Touched Base With Me

I sent a very short letter to my family doctor office. One of their staff members responded to me. My middle name wasn't capitalized on the address label. I wanted to know how to get this corrected. I also had the opportunity to ask more detail about the contents of the letter they sent me. The nurse practitioner resigned. I was sent formal notice of this. I wanted to know what will happen to the medication used to manage my chronic pain. The staff member explained in detail what they are doing in the absence of my family doctor on maternity leave and the lack of a nurse practitioner.
