Send Summary Of Setbacks In Advance Of My April 14th 2022 Appointment

I have experienced a total of 7 major setbacks with my hips and knees since the start of March. It is too much for me to articulate during a medical appointment while keeping the details of each event accurate and said in a way that is understandable to the doctor. I find 2 or 3 setbacks at the most that can be talked about without using notes. More than this I need the doctor to understand and grasp the physical challenges I've endured.
I don't feel sorry for myself. I am not looking for negative attention. I just want help. My physical disability has not been stable. The past 6 weeks have been a physical marathon. This simply can't keep happening. It isn't sustainable. I am concerned if this continues indefinately I won't be able to keep myself alive.
