Inquired About SailAbility For 2022

In spring 2021 I was out with my power wheelchair taking some paper work to the disability office. I stopped and talked to a man in his 60's who was doing some flower gardening. He told me the SailAbility program was being relocated from Canadian Forces Base: Trenton to the Bay of Quinte Yacht Club here in Belleville. This is exciting. The equipment to transfer wheelchair users onto sailboats has been installed. Additionally a handicap washroom has been setup. This is something I want to take part in. I've just contacted them to inquire about the 2022 season. I've specifically asked if they would take me out by myself once just to try and see if my body is able to tolerate this activity without a severe pain reaction. This would let me gain some amazing footage for my youTube channel. I love being in nature. When I am in nature I completely forget about my physical disability and enjoy the moment. I am hoping this is a possible match for me.
