Spent Today In Bed Resting

I have spent today in bed resting except for eating my meals and using the toilet. It has been a struggle to sit. The quad muscles were rigid at the start of the day and into the afternoon. I am trying to recover from my artificial left joint clicking together. I am hoping I'll be feeling stronger tomorrow.
