Ordered A High End Heating Pad To Help Manage My Hip Stiffness And Pain

The past few weeks have been incredibly difficult. My right knee joint gave out while I was taking a step in mid December. It seems any possible benefits from my regenerative medicine treatment to my knee have been lost as a result. The knee has significantly worsened. This has setup a three way "tug of war" in both of my legs. (Hip verses Knee verses Ankle) This has been very debilitating. I am at the baseline of being able to do what is necessary to keep myself alive. After much thought and consideration I just placed an order for a high end heating pad. I think this will help break the cycle. When I can't really sit for more than a few minutes and have restful sleep my life starts to implode. My body does response to very warm baths. I think a heating pad will help supplement this. The use of heat may even help with some basic physiotherapy. I am trying to see what remains. I am trying so hard to make something out of my life and not waste it. I really hope the heating pad will make a difference. I am thinking things through.
