Robot Vacuum Is Getting A New Battery

My robot vacuum, Leroy, is going to get a replacement battery under warranty. It appears the battery I purchased for Leroy in May was defective. It won't recharge now. Battery #1 lasted for 4 years. 4 months is significantly shorter than 4 years. The Neato Robotics technical support team connected to Leroy. There are no other technical faults being reported. Hopefully Leroy will be good to go when the replacement battery arrives.
