Requested Quote For My Power Wheelchair Maintenance

The bearings in my power wheelchair need replacing. They are quite worn out. Technically they should have been replaced in fall 2020. With covid19 I let it slide. I've reached out to my Ontario Disability Support Program. We've formed a maintenance strategy for my power wheelchair over the coming three years. I have the go-ahead to source labour for replacing the bearings. My disability case worker will approve this maintenance.
