Window Air Conditioner In For Summer

I've been feeling lethargic during the past few days. It dawned on me the cause of a spring heat wave. One of my friends just stopped by. He setup my window air conditioner to help keep me comfortable. On account of my physical disability and chronic pain I find that I need to be a temperature range of 70 to 74 degrees F. Otherwise I become increasingly uncomfortable. Then my function in day to day life is reduced. I am glad this is setup for 2021. This is one of the things that helps me better manage my physical disability and chronic pain.
