Inquiry If Physiotherapy Is Available During Ontario's Covid19 Lock Down

I am having a lot of muscle pain around my pair of artificial hips. It is because I haven't been able to complete a successful course of physiotherapy for the hip replacements. I have filled out the contact form of the recommended physiotherapy clinic to inquire if they are available during the new Ontario lock down. A very tenured and experienced physiotherapist was recommended to me by an orthopaedic surgeon. I am wondering if there are any exercises available that would reduce my hip pain without upsetting my knees. Just for the record I attended physiotherapy an average of 4 times a week for a 3 year span. It worsened my knees and made me go backwards. I am not sure if there is anything available for strengthening quad muscles that doesn't in turn require healthy knees. This is absolutely essential for me. I am not looking for a recovery. This is only to improve quality of life and in the hopes that I will have some gains made from a stem cell transplant to my knees in the future.
