Delivery Of Steering Wheel
[ Monday April 19th 2021 at 9:10 am ]
I have been playing the video game WreckFest for about an hour or 90 minutes before I go to bed at night. I've started getting to know the people who use a few servers. One of them has mailed me his old Logitech G25 computer steering wheel. The idea is to make it easier for me to steer the car I am driving in the game. It was delivered this morning by Canada Post ahead of schedule! I will need to unpack it, install it on the computer and then figure out a setup for my physical disability that will allow me to use it without causing pain in my legs.
It has been really good for me playing this game before I go to bed. We wear headsets and casually talk on Discord. Given the physical distancing required to keep safe from covid19 this is a way to still be engaged with people and have enjoyment in life. I sleep better at night after a good laugh.
