Groceries Delivered

I placed a mostly non perishable grocery order with WalMart Canada. This was delivered. This sets me up for groceries (with the exception of things like yogourt, salad and fruit) for summer 2021. Cooking my meals in bulk and freezing them helps me a have healthy nutrican on the days when I feel weak. It is a really good strategy for living with chronic pain.
