Re-Assessment Of My Physical Disability

I've triggered a re-assessment of my physical disability. This will happen at the orthopaedic clinic where I had my hip joints replaced. My knees aren't doing okay. My life is beginning to implode. I am up against the limits of my body. I am unsure of how much longer this can go on with just friends helping me. I really hope my appointment will go well. I am becoming concerned as I watch my quality of life worsening.
