Completed Application For Winter Housing Subsidy

The county where I live offers a winter housing subsidy. It is for low income households. It is a top up for the income. The idea is to prevent homelessness due to the increase costs of operating the house during the Canadian winter. I have received this during the past 5 years. I have just completed this years application. It is a very thorough application. You must prove actual expenses. But this makes it fair a program in working out who should receive the help.
