Neighbour Is Going To Use My Drive Way This Winter In Exchange For Keeping My Sidewalk Clear

The property west of mine is used for rental income. At present several adults are living there. They each have their own vehicle. The drive way isn't long enough large enough to accommodate this. One of my neighbors just approached me to ask f she could rent my drive way for the winter months. This is when over night parking isn't allowed in order to accommodate snow removal. What I need is help. Instead I asked if she would agree to keep my sidewalks cleared when it snows. She was happy with this. I'm taken care of for the coming winter. I'm pleased about this. It is great to help each other.
