Applied The Third Coat Of Foundation Sealer

My neighbor has been over to assist me. The final coat of foundation sealer has been applied to the concrete yard drain. The manufacturer spec sheet states 30% of what was applied evaporates. These are additives to allow the foundation sealer to be brushed or rolled on. The additives evaporate. This leaves just the foundation sealer on the concrete. The reason for applying the foundation sealer is to extend the life of the concrete. It is a really good return for the cost of a can of this product.
