Purchased Roof Underlay

A friend took me out shopping to help me. I have purchased rubberized roof underlay for my new metal roof. The asphalt shingles on my roof are worn out. They must be removed before the metal roof is installed. The rubberized underlay will provide protection if the metal roof starts to leak or an ice dam forms. It is less expensive and so much less effort to do this now instead of repairing from water penetrating the building. This isn't to mention preventing mold from forming or damage to the electronics from water. I've decided to be proactive instead of reactive.
