Ordered An Intermediate Drone
[ Sunday August 2nd 2020 at 7:47 pm ]

I've been doing a lot of research to find a better suited drone for me than the one I purchased in June. The model from June is a JJRC H71. It was about as basic entry level drone as I could find. It works well. I've really enjoyed flying it. However I've been overwhelming the processor and the transitter. I needed to move onto an intermediate drone.

My home is on the edge of military air space. I need to use an ultra light drone. I have decided to purchase the Holy Stone HS165.

  • The specs on this look great.
  • Having a drone with GPS capabilities has become important.
  • I am expecting the onboard microSD card writer to provide me with video footage that isn't choppy.
  • This model drone doesn't have a camera gimble. The video editing software I use is able to stabilze footage.
  • Finally the big drawing card for me is positive reviews of Holy Stone customer service. I believe I'll be taken care of.
