Inquired About My "Ontario Electricity Support Program" Status

I just got off the phone with client support for the Ontario Electricity Support Program. I remember applying in 2015. I knew I had a 5 year approval because of my Canada Pension Plan status. I wanted to know when I should submit my renewal application. I have added to my calendar that I need to submit a renewal application in October 2020. I'm trying to stay on top of my bills and the subsidies I receive to maximize what is available to me. I'm just trying to make the best out of my quality of life.
