Sent Letter To Local Transit Manager After Being Denied Boarding Due To My Power Wheelchair

I'm feel really disappointed and discriminated against because of using a power wheelchair for my mobility. The local transit promotes all transit route buses as being wheelchair accessible. After a 15 minute wait at a bus stop 2 able body passengers boarded the bus. I was denied with the claim that the 2 accessible spaces on the bus were already in us. I could not see the silhouette of a wheelchair in the bus window. After a close friend telling me has been repeatedly asked to move from the accessible seats for a wheelchair to board I'm reaching out to the transit manager for an explanation of why this happened.
